2. Age Restrictions

All our events are strictly for individuals aged 18 and over. Proof of age may be required upon entry.

3. Ticket Purchases, Refunds & Accommodation Packages

  • Purchasing Tickets: Tickets can be purchased through our official website. Ensure that all information provided during the purchase is accurate.

  • Purchasing Accommodation Packages: Accommodation packages, where available, can also be booked through our website. The availability of these packages is limited and subject to confirmation.

  • Refund Policy: All ticket and accommodation package sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if an event is canceled or rescheduled. In such cases, ticket and package holders will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of purchase.

  • Payment Plans: Where payment plans are offered for tickets or accommodation packages, all deposits are non-refundable unless the event is canceled.

  • Scheduled payments: All scheduled payments under the Payment Plan must be completed no later than 72 hours before the event date, irrespective of the original payment schedule.

  • Transfer Policy: Tickets and accommodation packages may not be transferred, exchanged, or resold without prior written permission from Soul 4 U Weekender.

4. Event Entry and Conduct

  • Zero Tolerance Drugs Policy: Soul 4 U Weekender operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding drugs at all events. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual found in violation of this policy without a refund.

  • Security Measures: For the safety of all attendees, security personnel may conduct searches upon entry. Refusal to comply may result in denied entry without a refund.

  • Behavior: Attendees are expected to behave respectfully. Any behavior deemed disruptive or inappropriate by event staff may result in removal from the event without a refund.

5. Photography and Filming

By attending an event, attendees consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please notify event staff upon arrival.

6. Event Changes and Cancellations

  • Alterations: Soul 4 U Weekender reserves the right to make changes to event dates, times, venues, or line-ups. In the event of significant changes, ticket holders will be notified and offered options in line with our refund policy.

  • Cancellations: If an event is canceled, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date.

7. Liability

Soul 4 U Weekender is not responsible for any personal property lost or damaged during our events. Attendees assume all risks associated with attending our events.

Attendees voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that Soul 4 U Weekender, its affiliates, staff, performers, and venue partners shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, or claim arising from attendance or participation in the event.

Medical emergencies will be handled by venue or event staff, and attendees are responsible for ensuring their own safety and well-being during the event.
